I have spent years building sales and customer service systems for businesses in Latin America and the United States. I work from Bogotá and from Norcross, Georgia, with a team covering development, CRM, ads and design. I run the session myself, not a salesperson.

It is a free 60-minute working session over video call where we review how a customer reaches your business and is served today: WhatsApp, social media, ads and CRM. You leave with the points where opportunities are being lost and what it would take to fix them.
Is it really free?
Yes. We do not charge for the session or ask for a card. If in the end your case needs something we do, we send you a proposal. If not, you keep the assessment.
Are you going to sell to me during the call?
We will tell you what is failing and what we would do. If that helps and you want us to do it, we continue. If you prefer to do it with your team, that is fine too.
I know nothing about technology, does it still work for me?
Even more so. You do not need to understand the tools: you need to know your business, and you already do. The technical part is on us.
Do I have to change the tools I use?
