What n8n is and why so many businesses use it to automate with AI

1. Trigger: the lead fills out the form.
2. Step 1: the contact is created in the CRM with the campaign source.
3. Step 2: AI classifies what they need based on what they wrote.
4. Step 3: they receive a welcome WhatsApp message.
5. Step 4: the salesperson gets an alert with the lead summary.
