Administration for organizations
The administration view lets you review authorized accounts, assign no charge capacity when applicable and check installation status without mixing information between organizations.
Find an account
Use the search by name or identifier. The list updates with the real accounts available to the administrator.
Activate a no charge benefit
- Select the business account.
- Check its identifier and authorization status.
- Choose the capacity.
- Select the allowed reason.
- Confirm Activate at no charge.
- Check that the account appears in the corresponding list.
Installation pending
If the benefit is active but the app is not authorized, use Install or authorize TMV One. The administrator must select the correct account during the process.
Uninstall TMV One
The Uninstall TMV One action revokes use of the product for that account without deleting contacts, opportunities or the company's own data. The account will see a revoked access notice and can contact support.
