Plans and capacity
TMV One plans are organized by the number of numbers a business account can connect. Current prices and terms are shown inside TMV One or in the applicable commercial proposal.
Capacity levels
- Esencial: 1 number.
- Plata: 2 to 5 numbers.
- Oro: 6 to 10 numbers.
- Diamante: 11 to 25 numbers.
What each plan includes
The available features are shown inside TMV One. Capacity is the maximum number of active lines. Third party usage or charges, when they exist, are reported separately.
Change plans
- Open Plans.
- Review the current capacity and the next available level.
- Select the required plan.
- Read the price and terms before confirming.
- Complete the purchase or ask a specialist for help.
No active plan
When an account has no plan, TMV One blocks connecting and managing lines. The Plans page remains available to review options or request reactivation.
Trials and no charge access
A trial or no charge benefit may have a specific duration, capacity and terms. When it ends, the account must purchase a plan or request an authorized extension.
