Security and privacy

TMV One uses limited permissions, separates information by organization and protects the credentials needed to provide the service.

Security principles

  • Least necessary access.
  • Explicit separation between organizations.
  • Credentials protected and not shown in the interface.
  • Connections encrypted over HTTPS.
  • Technical logs without full message content.
  • Access revocation when an installation ends.

Customer responsibilities

  • Use individual accounts and protect passwords.
  • Keep the list of authorized administrators up to date.
  • Do not share codes, tokens or secrets.
  • Regularly review lines, users and permissions.
  • Report suspicious access immediately.
