Getting started with TMV One
Before installing TMV One, confirm that you have administrative access to the business account and legitimate control over the numbers you want to connect.
What you need
- An active business account.
- Administrator permissions to install and authorize apps.
- Access to the number you want to connect and the ability to receive verification codes.
- Correct business information: company name, country, time zone and support email.
- An up to date browser with pop-up windows allowed during authorization.
Recommended path
- Install TMV One from your organization's account.
- Review the requested permissions and authorize only the correct account.
- Open TMV One from the apps menu.
- Select Connect WhatsApp and choose the right method.
- Complete the number authorization.
- Check the status in My numbers.
Expected result
When you finish, TMV One will appear inside the authorized account. The My numbers section will show the current plan, the available capacity and the real status of each line.
If you manage several accounts
Install TMV One only in authorized business accounts. Each account keeps its data and settings separate.
