Uninstall or revoke TMV One
Uninstalling prevents TMV One from continuing to read or operate the account through the revoked authorization. It does not automatically delete the business data that belongs to the company.
Before uninstalling
- Export the information you need to keep from TMV One.
- Check whether there are active lines or pending processes.
- Confirm who the responsible administrator is.
How to uninstall
- Open TMV One administration.
- Find the business account.
- Select Uninstall TMV One.
- Read the confirmation and accept the revocation.
- Check that the account shows No active plan or Access revoked.
What is removed
TMV One's access is removed or invalidated and the protected operation stops. The credentials are no longer used.
What remains
Contacts, prospects, opportunities, conversations and other data stored in the company's systems are not deleted automatically. Requests about information stored by TMV One are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
How to reactivate
Contact support and request a new authorization. An administrator will need to install or authorize TMV One again and select a valid plan.
