Manage my numbers
The My numbers section shows the real status of the lines linked to the business account and the available slots in the plan.
Available information
- Line name or alias.
- Partially masked number.
- Connection status.
- Connection mode.
- Update date.
- Used and available capacity.
Check statuses
Select Check statuses to refresh the information for all lines. Use this action after an authorization, a reconnection or a change made outside TMV One.
Common statuses
- Connected: the line is available.
- Needs attention: the authorization expired or an action is still pending.
- Disconnected: TMV One cannot operate the line.
- Verifying: the system is checking the current status.
Add another line
Tap Add number and choose the connection method. If there are no slots available, move to a plan with more capacity before continuing.
