Connect a new number
Use this option when the number will be dedicated to the business operation and is not yet connected through another app.
Before you start
- Confirm that you can receive the verification code.
- Check that the number is not active in another incompatible connection.
- Have the company's legal and business name at hand.
- Check that your plan has at least one available slot.
Steps
- In TMV One, open Connect WhatsApp.
- Select Official Meta API or Connect new number.
- Tap the button to start the connection.
- Complete the sign in and select the correct business portfolio.
- Create or select the corresponding WhatsApp account.
- Register the number and complete the verification.
- Accept the required permissions and return to TMV One.
- Open My numbers and select Check statuses.
Expected result
The number will appear with the Connected status. From then on it can receive and send conversations according to the account settings and the applicable rules.
Important
Do not close the authorization window until the result is confirmed. If you cancel the process, TMV One will not store an incomplete connection as an active line.
